Unfortunately we can not make special colors or color combinations.  We purchase very large quantities in order to keep our prices low and our covers available which makes it impossible to do special orders.

What is the cover fabric?

Our fabric is Sur Last® Solution Dyed Polyester which is made here in the USA by Glen Raven Mills the manufacturer of Sunbrella.  Sur Last is fade resistant, water resistant and very durable.  It is the OEM choice fabric of Yamaha, Honda, Mastercraft, Baja, Malabu, Bennington, and more!  This is a high end fabric!

Do these covers have a softer lining for the obvious chafing areas?

Our covers are made of SurLast® Solution Dyed Polyester which is non-abrasive. Our covers are also very fitted and offer the Vacu-hold® system. As air passes over our Vacu-hold vents, the air pulls out of the cover and sucks it down to the boat. The cover doesn't move around! It doesn't flap in the wind or wear your grips off like other non-Vacu-hold covers. Its high end! No lining needed.  Click here to see a Vacu-hold Diagram

What is a Pooling Pole System?

Its a system of poles or a pole used to tent a boat cover to insure tight and sloped so rain runs off instead of pooling/collecting water. Back to Top

What is the easiest way to put the PWC cover on?

The easiest way to put a PWC cover on is 1). Bars    2). Nose   3). Back  4).  Adjust the shockcord at the bottom, one time only   5.) Attach the J-Clips located on the hem, 1/2 way down the hull. Clip them underneath to the rub rail.  The RXT model has 2 per side since the cover is so large.

What does the 2-Year Warranty Cover?

If at any time within the first two years from date of purchase the cover fails to perform properly due to defects in materials or workmanship, and you will be issued an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number to return your cover for inspection, upon approval, your cover will be repaired or replaced and returned to you in a prompt and orderly fashion. NO WARRANTY CARD IS NECESSARY. Warranty liabilities limited to cover replacement only.  Note: Accidents, neglect and misuse* is not covered.

*(Use the cover as it was designed with the pooling poles properly installed and the cover tightly pulled down around the hull and ratched or it will be considered misuse)

What is the ratchet boot assembly?

The cover is held on by the Ratchet Boot assembly which is a piece of webbing sewn in the hem.  The tighter you ratchet it, the further down the hull it goes so it can't come off.  The cleats hold the cover but really to keep it in the right position, not holding it on.  That is the ratchets job. The Vacu-hold vents keeps it from flapping in the wind.
